Boxes are packed

Happy Thursday ,

Hope everyone is having a wonderful week so far and the storms stayed away .

It's going to be a very busy a week here Were moving and the boxes are packed and ready to be loaded ,its been hard having all my craft stuff boxed up and not being able to play for the last week, I have so much to do once I get them to our new place but I'm so excited, since we don' t use a formal dinning room I'm going to turn that into my office so I will have so much more space to work and leave stuff out when I'm working on it so now I've got to come up with some cleaver ideals to keep everything hidden away since there won't be a closet to put it all in but my brain is thinking of so many things to do , my Dh is having a heart attack at the ideal of me painting our china cabnet so I may have to work around that for now but I'm thinking it could be some great storage.

Hope you all have a Happy Weekend and the next time I see  you I'll be in our new home !

Ok so now to show you the card I posted last week but this time you get to see what our new grandchild is going to be, drum roll..... It's A

Hope you all have a wonderful day and I'll be back later this week .

What will it be???

As some of you know my daughter is having another baby and were so excited to have him or her join their big brother so to let everyone know what she is having we made a special card.

I used spellbinders banner die, spellbinders circles and Cricut create a critter for this cute giraffe.

We made a mixture of silver paint and dish soap ( at the bottom of this post) we typed the gender on paper then cut out and painted with the paint and sent a penny to everyone to scratch off and  reveal the gender.

What do you think little girl pink or little boy blue?

Prepare your mixture. Two parts paint for every one part dish soap. Mix it up good, but try not to stir too aggressively - you don't want too many little bubbles.
Use thin, even layers. Don't worry if you can still see through it after the first coat, it will most likely take two or three coats to get it all covered.

Be sure to check back this week to see what are new family member will be!

WOW where did the time go, life has been so busy  I haven't had time to post  . I've been working on things for others and can't post them yet .

Today I have a quick post of a card I made using my cricut , it came together by using things I already had on my desk from other projects. I call it a day in the park.
